Terms of Service

I have written these Pickup and Shipping Policies to clarify what I am able and not able to do as a small one-woman owned business.  These policies are in place so that I can continue to run this business in a sustainable way, without creating undue emotional and economic hardship for myself.  I love what I do, and I ask you to support (me) your local fisherman by respecting these policies.  Thank you to all my customers for your support of small business and pristine, sustainable protein sources, and of course, of me your fisherman!

 

Pickup Event Policy

  • There are no refunds for fish if you fail to show up to a pickup event

  • If it is the last pickup event of the season, you will be charged for shipping

  • If there are future pickup options, you can reschedule if there is room at another pickup event.  If pickup events are all full, you will be charged for shipping

    • If you reschedule, and fail to show a second time, you will be charged for shipping  

  • I do not schedule custom/individual pickups. 

 

Shipping Policy

  • Currently shipping all shelf stable products for domestic shipment only for purchase on the website

  • To order frozen products for shipment, you must contact me separately for a shipping quote

  • I send all frozen fish shipments “Next Day Air.”

  • You are responsible for being home when your frozen fish arrives so that it does not sit outside of a freezer longer than necessary. I will provide you with a tracking number.

  • Shipping dates are listed on the website so you know when to expect your fish

  • I do not do custom shipping dates. Orders must be placed before midnight the day before the ship date to go out by that date.
