Fisherman pressure canning their summer salmon catch for their winter home-pack is an Alaska tradition that can now be yours! Think salmon melts on fresh bagels, and crispy breaded salmon cakes paired with a remoulade dipping sauce.

These coho are caught by Trolling (see images in the photos). Trolling utilizes a traditional hook and line method of fishing, which allows us to catch and handle each fish one-at-a-time. The lines are high tension wires with hooks and lures spaced throughout that run off of hydraulic gurdy winches, which raise and lower the lines into the water column. Once onboard, we dress, bleed, and ice each fish individually. This process produces the highest quality salmon on the market.
